Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Salvia Polyphenolic Acid Salt in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and its effect on blood lipids.Method:A total of 86 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the observation group was given Salvia Polyphenolic Acid Salt on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate, blood lipids levels, inflammatory factors levels and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the indexes between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the total cholesterol (TC),triacylglycerol (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),interleukin-6 (IL-6),high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia Polyphenolic Acid Salt has excellent effect in the treatment of elderly coronary heart disease, which can regulate blood lipid level and inhibiting inflammatory factors, and is worthy of promotion.
