体外冲击波联合正清风痛宁治疗关节障碍的效果观察

Effect of Extracorporeal Shock Wave Combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning on Joint Disorders

目的:探讨体外冲击波联合正清风痛宁治疗关节障碍的效果。方法:选择2020年6月-2021年12月景德镇市第二人民医院收治的关节障碍患者120例,随机分为4组,各30例。对照组进行常规康复治疗(中频、蜡疗、关节松动术);在常规康复治疗基础上,观察A组给予体外冲击波治疗,观察B组给予正清风痛宁定点注射治疗,试验组进行体外冲击波联合正清风痛宁定点注射治疗。比较四组疼痛程度、膝关节屈伸活动度及日常生活活动能力。结果:治疗前,四组疼痛评分、膝关节屈伸活动度、日常生活活动能力评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3、6周后,四组疼痛评分、膝关节屈伸活动度、日常生活活动能力评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、6周后,四组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,观察A组和观察B组疼痛评分均高于试验组,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、6周后,四组膝关节屈伸活动度均大于治疗前,观察A组和观察B组膝关节屈伸活动度均小于试验组,均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3、6周后,四组日常生活活动能力评分均高于治疗前,观察A组和观察B组日常生活活动能力评分均低于试验组,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节障碍患者采用体外冲击波联合正清风痛宁治疗效果显著,更利于缓解疼痛,松解粘连,恢复关节活动度,提高患者日常生活活动能力,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning on joint disorders.Method:A total of 120 patients with joint disorders admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Jingdezhen from June 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment (medium frequency,wax therapy,joint loosening).On the basis of conventional rehabilitation treatment,observation group A was given extracorporeal shock wave therapy,observation group B was given Zhengqing Fengtongning fixed-point injection therapy,and test group was given extracorporeal shock wave combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning fixed-point injection therapy.The pain degree,knee joint activity and activities of daily living of the four groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pain scores,knee flexion and extension range of motion and activities of daily living scores among the four groups (P>0.05);after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of pain,knee flexion and extension range of motion and activities of daily living in the four groups were significantly different (P<0.05);after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the pain scores of the four groups were lower than those before treatment,the pain scores of the observation group A and the observation group B were higher than those of the test group and lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the knee flexion and extension range of motion of the four groups were higher than those before treatment,the knee joint mobility of the observation group A and the observation group B were lower than that of the test group and higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);after 3 and 6 weeks of treatment,the scores of activities of daily living in the four groups were higher than those before treatment,the scores of activities of daily living in observation group A and observation group B were lower than those in the test group and higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of extracorporeal shock wave combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning in patients with joint disorders is significant,which is more beneficial to relieve pain,release adhesions,restore joint range of motion,and improve the activities of daily living of patients,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
