摘要
“双高计划”实施背景下,“双师型”教师必须具备高水平的学习能力、研究能力、资源整合能力和服务企业能力。应当正视“双师型”教师队伍结构、能力、认定标准、培养措施、后期管理等方面存在的问题,精准施策,重点打造以专、兼职“双师型”教师为骨干的教学队伍,建立健全科学有效、可持续发展的“双师型”教师教学能力体系和认定标准体系,引导“双师型”教师全面提升理论教学能力和实践教学能力,首次提出了“‘双师型’教师协同体”概念。
Under the background of the implementation of the"double high plan",the"double⁃qualified"teachers must have high⁃level learning ability,research ability,resource integration ability and service enterprise ability.We should face up to the existing problems in the structure,abilities,recognition standards,training measures,and later management of the"double⁃qualified"teachers,take precise measures,focus on building a teaching team with full⁃time and part⁃time"double⁃qualified"teachers as the backbone,establish and improve a scientific,effective and sustainable development of the"double⁃qualified"teachers'teaching ability system and recognition standard system,guide"double⁃qualified"teachers to comprehensively improve their theoretical teaching ability and practical teaching ability.It is the first time to put forward the concept of'double qualified'teacher synergy.
