保压取心工具连续割心系统设计

摘要 现行保压取心工具割心系统投球式差动总成响应速度慢,割心位置误差较大;自锁式岩心爪不能有效抱紧下行岩心、岩心易滑脱,针对这些问题,提出一套可用于保压取心装置的智能割心系统设计构想;基于保压取心技术要求,采用数值仿真及理论计算,研发连续可控割心技术,创新性地引入传感器等电子元件,与所设计的活塞式可控差动机构配合。结果表明:所设计的保压取心工具连续割心系统能够实现割心动作的智能控制,可以有效降低投球割心位置误差;设计的杠杆加压自锁式岩心爪采用预紧力+杠杆结构双重加压方式增大与岩心的摩擦力,可以有效提升割心成功率;岩心爪强度设计满足要求。 The current pressure-maintaining coring tool cutting core system has a slow response speed of the pitch differential assembly,and the cutting core position error is a bit large.The self-locking core claw cannot effectively hold the descending core,and therefore the core is easy to slip.Aiming at the above problems,we propose a design concept of an intelligent cutting core system that can be used for pressure-maintaining coring devices.Based on the technical requirements of pressure-holding coring,using numerical simulations and theoretical calculations,the continuous controllable core cutting technology was developed.The innovative introduction of sensors and other electronic components,as well as the piston type controllable differential mechanism was designed.The results show that the designed system can achieve intelligent control of the core cutting action,and can effectively reduce the location error of the ball cutting core.The designed lever pressurized self-locking core claw adopts the double pressurization method of pre-tightening force plus the lever structure to increase the frictional force with the core,which can effectively improve the success rate of cutting the core.The strength design of the core claw meets the requirements.
