基于CiteSpace的“互联网+中医药”研究可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of"Internet Plus Chinese Medicine"Research Based on Citespace

目的:探索“互联网+中医药”领域研究发展现状、研究热点和发展趋势,为未来研究提供借鉴。方法:以中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和中国生物医学数据库为数据源,检索2000—2021年与“互联网+中医药”相关的文献,并将所得数据导入Cite Space软件,对相关研究文献的作者、科研机构和关键词等进行共现分析并得到可视化图谱。结果:共纳入文献421篇,发文量从2016年开始迅速增长,且整体呈上升趋势。存在作者合作群,但作者间联系不紧密。主要研究机构为南京中医药大学、北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学等,机构间合作密度较低,且跨区域合作较少。关键词分析得到303个关键词、7簇主要关键词聚类和15个突现关键词,主要研究热点为教育改革、互联网医疗、中医人工智能、中医健康管理等。结论:近5年“互联网+中医药”相关研究逐年增多,但机构及研究团队间的合作较为松散,“互联网+”技术与中医医疗、中医教育、中医文化、中医慢病管理、中医信息化建设等领域的结合是当前的研究热点及未来趋势。

Objective:Based on Cite Space,to visualize the relevant research literatures in the field of"Internet Plus Chinese Medicine",and explore the current situation,research hotspots and development trends of"Internet Plus Chinese Medicine",to provide reference for future research.Methods:The related literature of 2000-2021 years with the theme"Internet Plus Chinese Medicine"was retrieved from HowNet,WanFang,VIP and China biomedical database.The data were imported into Cite Space software,and co authors analysis and visualization maps were obtained for authors,research institutions and keywords.Results:A total of 421 articles were included,the number of articles increased rapidly since 2016,and showed an upward trend as a whole.There are several cooperative groups of authors,but the relationship between authors is not close.The main research institutions include Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,etc.The density of inter agency cooperation is low,and there is less cross regional cooperation.303 keywords,7 clusters of main keywords and 15 emergent keywords were obtained by keyword analysis.The main research hotspots are education reform,Internet medicine,artificial intelligence of traditional Chinese medicine,health management of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Conclusion:The related research on"Internet Plus Chinese Medicine"has increased year by year in recent 5 years,but cooperation between the institutions and research teams is relatively loose.The combination of Internet plus technology with traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine education,TCM culture,chronic disease management of Chinese medicine,and information construction of TCM is the current research focus and future trend.
