摘要
文章在阐述毛囊形态结构、形态发生过程和类型的基础上,进一步综述了基于毛囊形态发生的诱导期、器官形成期和细胞分化期3个阶段相关信号通路在毛囊形态发生中的作用。简述了目前相关研究中应用的多种技术,例如苏木精-伊红染色技术、基因敲除和组学技术等,并进一步说明了该技术的优劣。
Based on the description of hair follicle morphology,morphogenesis and types,the roles of related signaling pathways in the induction stage,organogenesis stage and cell differentiation stage of hair follicle morphogenesis were reviewed.Several techniques,such as hematoxylin-eosin staining,gene knockout and omics,were briefly introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques were further illustrated.
