不同性别滩羊脂肪沉积和体脂率差异分析

Analysis of Fat Deposition and Body Fat Percentage in Tan Sheep of Different Genders

为研究不同性别滩羊脂肪沉积和体脂率差异,选取12只6月龄滩羊(公、母羊各半),通过测定脂肪沉积、各部位脂肪占活重和胴体重比例、屠宰性能,计算活重体脂率和胴体体脂率。结果表明:①母羊大网膜、肾周脂肪占活重和胴体重的比例均显著高于公羊(P<0.05),母羊皮下脂肪占活重的比例显著高于公羊(P<0.05)、占胴体重的比例有比公羊高的趋势(P=0.052),肠系膜、尾脂占活重和胴体重比例公、母羊间差异均不显著(P>0.05);②母羊腰大肌、股二头肌脂肪含量有高于公羊的趋势(P=0.083,P=0.084),但背最长肌脂肪含量与公羊差异不显著(P>0.05),平均肌内脂肪含量公、母羊间差异不显著(P>0.05);③母羊GR值显著高于公羊(P<0.05),宰前活重、胴体重、屠宰率和背膘厚公、母羊间差异均不显著(P>0.05);④母羊活重体脂率和胴体体脂率均显著高于公羊(P<0.05)。综上说明,滩羊母羊在脂肪沉积能力方面优于公羊。

The purpose of the present study was to assess the difference in fat deposition and body fat percentage in Tan sheep of different genders.Twelve 6-month-old Tan sheep were selected,6 males and 6 females.Fat deposition,ratio of fat in live weight and carcass weight,slaughter performance were measured,and then fat percentage in live weight and carcass fat percentage were calculated.The results showed as follows:①the proportion of omentum and perirenal fat in live weight and carcass weight of ewes was significantly higher than those of rams(P<0.05),and the proportion of subcutaneous fat in live weight of ewes was significantly higher than that of rams(P<0.05);the proportion of subcutaneous fat in the carcass of ewes was higher than that of rams(P=0.052),and there was no significant difference between rams and ewes in the proportion of mesentery and tail fat in live weight and carcass weight(P>0.05);②the fat content of psoas major muscle and biceps femoris muscle of ewes was higher than those of rams(P=0.083,P=0.084),but the fat content of longissimus dorsi muscle was not significantly different from that of rams(P>0.05),and the average muscle fat content was not significantly different between male and female sheep(P>0.05);③the GR value of ewes was significantly higher than that of rams(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in live weight,carcass weight,slaughter rate and back fat thickness between male and female sheep(P>0.05);④the live weight fat percentage and carcass fat percentage of ewes were significantly higher than those of rams(P<0.05).In conclusion,it suggested Tan sheep ewe is better than ram in fat deposition capacity.
