知信行融合发展模式对小学生锻炼坚持性的影响研究

摘要 基于儿童发展理论、教学理论、健康教育理论,运用问卷调查法、实验法等研究方法,对调查对象进行知信行融合发展的健康体育教学模式实验干预,分析“知信行”融合发展的健康体育模式对小学生锻炼坚持性、体育与健康知信行的影响.研究结果表明:知信行融合发展模式对小学生锻炼坚持性以及体育与健康知信行的提高有明显的促进作用.因此,建议在小学实施知信行融合发展的健康体育教学模式,使小学生的体育知识、态度、行为协同提高,真正养成体育锻炼的习惯. Based on the theory of children’s development,teaching theory,health education and other theories,the questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods were used to carry out the experimental intervention of the P.E.teaching mode of the integrated development of knowledge-belief-practice theory,and analyze the influence of it on the exercise persistence,sports and knowledge-belief-practice health of primary school students.The results show that the knowledge-belief-practice integrated development mode has a significant role in promoting the exercise persistence of primary school students and the improvement of sports and knowledge-belief-practice health.Therefore,it is suggested to implement the mode in primary schools,so as to improve the sports knowledge,attitude and behavior of primary school students,and truly develop the habit of physical exercise.
