摘要
通过“体育课+俱乐部”教学模式的改革,使学生通过自主选择并学习《大学体育》课程教学内容,掌握体育运动基础知识并结合自身喜爱的体育项目的基本运动技能,采用全体学生自主选择感兴趣、想挑战的俱乐部运动项目,学生可以根据自己的课余时间、自身的兴趣爱好自主选择不同的俱乐部教学团队,可以通过理论与实践相结合的全新授课模式来开展俱乐部教学以及各类体育竞赛活动.运用这些教学手段来进一步提升学生进行专项运动技能的水平和参与积极性,努力实现“健康认知+基本技能+专项技能”的学校体育教学目标,全面提升学生的专项体育运动技能和竞技运动水平.
Through the reform of“P.E.+club”teaching mode,students can independently choose and learn the teaching content of College P.E.,master the basic knowledge of sports,combine the basic sports skills of their favorite sports,and adopt the club sports items that all students are interested in and want to challenge.Students can choose different club teaching teams according to their spare time and their own interests and carry out club teaching and various sports competition activities through a new teaching mode combining theory and practice,using the adjustment of these teaching methods to further improve the level of their special sports skills and participation enthusiasm,in order to achieve the goal of“health cognition+basic skills+special skills”in school P.E.teaching,and comprehensively improve students’special sports skills and competitive sports level.
