摘要
随着公交客车上电子控制空气悬架系统(ECAS)的应用,在给乘客带来舒适性的同时,也带来了ECAS的故障检测与判断问题。公交车站点多、分布广,如果每个站点都配备ECAS专用检测设备将是一笔不菲的投入。针对这种情况,从ECAS控制单元的控制策略入手,设计自制一种ECAS检测设备,可以满足大部分ECAS故障的快速检测需求。在维修站点集中应用这种设备检测诊断ECAS故障,不仅提高了维修效率,也降低了维修成本。
With the application of Electronically Controlled Air Suspension System(ECAS)on buses,it not only brings comfort to passengers,but also brings about the problem of fault detection and judgment of ECAS.There are many bus stops and they are widely distributed.If each stop is equipped with ECAS special testing equipment,it will be a huge investment.In view of this situation,starting from the control strategy of the ECAS control unit,a self-made ECAS detection device is designed,which can meet the rapid detection requirements of most ECAS faults.The centralized application of this equipment to detect and diagnose ECAS faults at maintenance sites not only improves maintenance efficiency,but also reduces maintenance costs.
