公交车辆是公交企业资产的重要组成部分,占据着企业固定资产很大的数量及规模,是支撑企业开展生产经营活动的基础和前提。本文介绍了目前公交车辆资产管理的基本流程,分析了公交车辆资产管理中存在的一些问题,并就如何通过先进的管理理念和模式提升公交车辆资产管理水平提出了建议。

Public transport vehicles are an important part of the assets of public transport enterprises,occupying a large number and scale of fixed assets of enterprises,and are the basis and premise to support enterprises to carry out production and operation activities.This paper introduces the current basic process of bus vehicle asset management,analyzes some problems existing in bus vehicle asset management,and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the level of bus vehicle asset management through advanced management concepts and models.
