国家文化公园建设导向下的黄河文化旅游发展研究

Research on the Development of Yellow River Cultural Tourism under the Guidance of National Cultural Park Construction

国家文化公园是一项系统性重大文化工程,是凝聚国家共识、传承历史文脉的重要载体,发展文化旅游符合国家文化公园建设的目标要求,也是促进文化资源保护传承利用协调推进的必然选择。通过对标国家文化公园的独特属性,可发现其与文化旅游的协同发展在形象塑造、空间统筹、双效统一、监督评估等方面的矛盾。由于国家层面的黄河国家文化公园建设规划尚未发布,故结合地方已有实践,围绕文化价值认同、文化生态系统、文旅产品体系等方面思考黄河文化旅游发展的相关问题,以期对文旅深度融合示范区建设,乃至打造具有国际影响力的黄河文化旅游带提供参考。

The national cultural park is a systematic major cultural project,which is an important carrier for condensing national consensus and inheriting historical context.The development of cultural tourism conforms to the goal and requirement of the construction of national cultural park,and is also an inevitable choice to promote the coordinated promotion of the protection,inheritance and utilization of cultural resources.By comparing the unique attributes of national cultural parks,it can be found that the collaborative development of national cultur⁃al parks and cultural tourism is still faced with contradictions in image building,spatial planning,project feed⁃back and other aspects.Since the construction plan of the Yellow River National Cultural Park at the national lev⁃el has not yet been released,combined with the existing practice,the relevant problems of the development of cul⁃tural tourism in the Yellow River are considered in terms of cultural value identification,cultural ecosystem,cul⁃tural tourism product system,etc.,in order to provide reference for the construction of demonstration areas for in depth integration of cultural tourism and even to build the Yellow River cultural tourism belt with international influence.
