摘要
悬臂梁式弹性爪是完井滑套和封隔器中最重要的工作部件。为保证充填滑套正常开关以及封隔器顺利回收,分别建立了充填滑套与封隔器的弹性爪及其限位套模型,并通过有限元数值模拟对弹性爪和限位套的等效应力进行模拟,弹性爪最大应力分别为638.47、639.4 MPa,均小于材料许用应力。弹性爪功能试验表明,弹性爪锁紧力偏大于理论计算值。同时固化了弹性爪生产制造工艺,实现了弹性爪的功能可靠性和性能稳定性,并成功实现现场应用500余套。该研究成果对提高完井工具作业安全有一定参考意义。
The cantilever elastic claw is the most important working part in completion slip sleeve and packer. In order to ensure the normal opening and closing of the filling sliding sleeve and the smooth recovery of the packer, the elastic claws of the filling sliding sleeve and the packer and their limit sleeve models are established respectively, and the equivalent stress of the elastic claws and limit sleeves is simulated by finite element method. The results show that the maximum stress of sliding sleeve and packer elastic claw is638.47 MPa and 639.4 MPa respectively, which are less than the allowable stress of material. The function tests of the elastic claws show that their locking force is greater than the theoretical value. At the same time, the manufacturing process of the elastic claw was determined, the functional reliability and performance stability of the elastic claw were realized, and 500 sets of the elastic claw were successfully applied in the field. The research results have certain reference significance for improving the operation safety of well completion tools.
