摘要
为了研究不确定度评定在动静密封泄漏检测质量控制中的重要作用,对氢火焰离子法检测设备动静密封泄漏甲烷的测定过程进行不确定度分析,研究影响检测结果质量的不确定度分量并进行评定,得到测量结果的扩展不确定度为U=34.0 mol/mol,k=2。不确定度分析评定结果表明,影响检测结果质量的主要因素是仪器校准操作过程,其次是校准用标准气体,再次是密封点表面泄漏值检测操作。通过对不确定度进行评定和分析,可为制定动静密封泄漏甲烷检测质量控制措施提供依据。
In order to study the important role of uncertainty assessment in the quality control of dynamic and static seal leak detection,uncertainty analysis was performed on the determination process of dynamic and static seal leak methane of the hydrogen flame ionization detection equipment,and the uncertainty components affecting the quality of the detection results were studied and assessed,and the extended uncertainty of the measurement results was obtained as U=34.0 mol/mol,k=2. The results of uncertainty analysis assessment showed that the main factor affecting the quality of the test results was the instrument calibration operation process,followed by the calibration standard gas,and then the seal point surface leakage value detection operation. The uncertainty assessment and analysis could provide a basis for the development of quality control measures for dynamic and static seal leakage methane detection.
