Study on the social amplification effect of urban industrial safety accident risk:taking the explosion accident of Jilin benzene factory as an example

城市工业安全事故风险的社会放大影响着城市的正常秩序,威胁到公众的生命健康和心理健康,甚至危害社会的稳定发展。以吉林双苯厂爆炸事故为例,分析爆炸引起风险的社会放大的表现及产生的原因。从政府、媒体和企业3个角度提出应对措施,预防城市工业安全事故风险的社会放大效应。

The social amplification of risks of urban industrial safety accidents affects the normal order of cities,puts public life,health and psychological health at risk,and even jeopardizes the stable development of society.Taking the explosion of Jilin double benzene plant as an example,we analyze the manifestation of social amplification of risk caused by explosion and the reasons for its generation. It proposes countermeasures from 3 perspectives of government,media and enterprises to prevent the social amplification effect of risks of urban industrial safety accidents.
