多组分可燃气体爆炸极限研究现状及探讨 被引量:1

摘要 在工业生产过程中会产生大量多组分危险气体,一定条件下会造成火灾爆炸事故。为了有效预防多组分可燃气体的燃烧爆炸,需要对气体的爆炸极限进行研究。从理论、实验2个方面介绍了近年来国内外学者在多组分可燃气体爆炸极限方面的研究现状和研究成果。通过分析发现,目前的研究主要集中于常温常压下的甲烷、丙烷等烃类二元可燃气体,针对非标况下的三元及以上多组分可燃气体爆炸极限的研究较少,要想有效控制可燃气体爆炸风险,需要对多组分可燃气体的爆炸极限进一步研究。 In the process of industrial production,a large number of multi-component dangerous gases are produced,which under certain conditions can cause fire and explosion accidents. In order to effectively prevent the combustion and explosion of multi-component combustible gas,the explosive limit of the gas needs to be studied.The current status and research results of scholars at home and abroad on the explosion limit of multi-component combustible gases in recent years are introduced from both theoretical and experimental aspects. Through analysis,it is found that the current research mainly focuses on the binary combustible gases of hydrocarbons such as methane and propane under normal temperature and pressure,and there is less research on the explosion limit of ternary and above multi-component combustible gases under non-standard conditions. In order to effectively control the explosion risk of combustible gases,it is necessary to further study the explosion limit of multi-component combustible gases.
