摘要
篮球是广大儿童少年喜欢的体育项目,但篮球活动较为剧烈,人体需要承受较大的负荷,非常容易发生运动损伤,需要加强体能训练,减轻或避免篮球运动损伤。该文对青少年篮球运动训练问题展开了深入研究与探索,在简要剖析体育健身对于有效防止青少年篮球活动伤害价值的基础上,着重从防止青少年篮球活动伤害的理论视角,就如何发展篮球体育运动,有效防止青少年篮球活动伤害方面提供了优化措施。
Basketball is a popular sport among teenagers.However,basketball activities are more intense,and the human body needs to bear a large load intensity,which is very prone to sports injury.Physical training needs to be strengthened to reduce or avoid basketball injury.Based on the brief analysis of the value of physical fitness for the effective prevention of juvenile basketball injury,this paper focuses on the theoretical perspective of preventing juvenile basketball injury,and provides optimization measures on how to develop basketball sports and effectively prevent juvenile basketball injury.
