基于保护动机理论的健康教育在中青年脑卒中患者自我护理中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于保护动机理论的健康教育在中青年脑卒中患者自我护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月—12月在本院神经内科治疗的92例中青年脑卒中患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。对照组实施常规的健康教育,观察组实施基于保护动机理论的健康教育。在干预前后采用自我护理能力量表和自我效能量表对患者进行调查。结果干预后,观察组的自我护理能力得分、自我效能得分均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于保护动机理论的健康教育可以有效提高中青年脑卒中患者的自我护理能力及自我效能。 Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on the theory of protective motivation in self-care of young and middle-aged stroke patients.Methods A total of 92 young and middle-aged stroke patients treated in the Department of Neurology of our hospital from May to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and health education,while the observation group received health education based on the theory of protective motivation.All the patients were investigated with self-care agency questionnaire and self-efficacy questionnaire before and after intervention.Result After the intervention,the score of self-care agency and the score self-efficacy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Protective motivation theory guided health education can effectively improve self-care agency and self-efficacy for young and middle-aged stroke patients.
