父母视角下的不同青少年抑郁障碍家庭功能研究

Family Function of Different Adolescent Patients with Depression Disorder from a Parents Perspective

目的调查父母视角下不同抑郁障患者家庭亲密度和适应性以及父母婚姻质量。方法收集2021年8月至2022年5月在福建省福州神经精神病防治院就诊的伴与不伴有非自杀性自我伤害(NSSI)抑郁障碍家庭各30例,将伴有NSSI抑郁障碍患者的家属设为观察组,将不伴有NSSI的抑郁障碍患者的家属设为对照组。运用家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版(FACESⅡ-CV)及Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)分别对两组家庭成员进行评估,通过观察组和对照组分别与常模进行比较,寻找潜在的家庭问题。结果两组患者家庭的亲密度与常模相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组适应性均低于常模,且观察组的适应性低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实际适应性分值低于理想值,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组家庭的婚姻质量均存在较多问题,而观察组家庭对解决问题的方式的不满比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家属视角下伴有NSSI抑郁障碍家庭适应性更差,夫妻间解决自身婚姻问题及其他家庭问题的能力均更差。

Objective To investigate family intimacy and adaptability,and parental marital quality in the perspective of relatives of adolescents with depressive disorder.Methods A total of 30 families whose members were depressive patients with or without non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)were collected,respectively.All the patients were treated at Fuzhou Neuro-psychiatric Hospital of Fujian Province from August 2021 to May 2022.Families of depressive patients with NSSI were assigned as the observation group,and families of patients with depressive disorder without NSSI were assigned as the control group.FACESⅡ-CV and ENRICH was used to find potential family problems by comparing both groups family intimacy,adaptability and marriage quality with that of the norm group,respectively.Results There was no significant difference in the family intimacy of the two groups compared with that of the norm group(P>0.05).The family adaptability of both groups was significantly lower than that of the norm group,and the adaptability of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The actual adaptability of the observation group was significantly lower than the ideal value(P<0.05).There were many problems in the marital quality of the two groups of families,and the families in the observation group were more dissatisfied with the way of solving problems than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The gap between actual and ideal adaptations in families whose members were depressive patients with NSSI was more pronounced than those without NSSI.Families were less able to make corresponding changes to adapt to problems in different situations and at different stages of development.The ability of parents to solve their own marital problems and other family problems is worse.
