人性化护理干预在小儿重症肺炎护理中的临床应用效果

Clinical Application of Humanized Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的观察重症肺炎患儿应用人性化护理干预的临床效果。方法选取2021年1~12月医院收治的重症肺炎患儿142例,其中呼吸一区72例,采取人性化护理干预模式,设为观察组;呼吸二区70例,采取常规护理模式,设为对照组。比较两组症状表现、并发症发生情况、患儿治疗依从性、家长焦虑程度。结果症状表现比较,观察组止咳祛痰效率较高,体温较快恢复正常,肺啰音较快消失,症状持续时间较之对照组显著缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症情况比较,观察组并发症发生率[5.56%(4/72)]低于对照组[17.14%(12/70)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);依从性比较,观察组低配合行为发生率[50.00%(36/72)]低于对照组[84.29%(59/70)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);家长焦虑程度比较,观察组焦虑程度[(23.19±4.78)分]轻于对照组[(42.37±5.91)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症肺炎患儿护理中实施人性化护理干预,有利于促进患儿症状加速缓解,预防并发症的发生,提高患儿治疗依从性,缓解患儿的焦虑程度。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention for children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 142 children with severe pneumonia from January to December 2021 were selected,including 72 cases of respiratory zone I,the observation group was set up with humanized nursing intervention mode;70 patients in the second respiratory area were in the routine nursing mode and were set as the control group.The symptoms,complications,children's compliance and parents'anxiety of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher antitussive and expectorant efficiency,faster recovery of body temperature,faster disappearance of pulmonary rales,and significantly shorter duration of symptoms(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was[5.56%(4/72)]lower than that in the control group[17.14%(12/70)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the compliance,the incidence of low cooperation behavior in the observation group[50.00%(36/72)]was lower than that in the control group[84.29%(59/70)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety level of parents in the observation group[(23.19±4.78)points]was lighter than that in the control group[(42.37±5.91)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of humanized nursing intervention in the nursing of children with severe pneumonia is conducive to accelerating the relief of children's symptoms,preventing complications,improving children's compliance and alleviating parents'anxiety.
