优质护理在晚期肺癌护理中的应用价值

Application Value of High-quality Nursing in the Nursing of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的探究优质护理在晚期肺癌护理中的应用价值,为恶性肿瘤疾病的护理工作提供参考价值。方法此次研究人员均为经病理组织检查确诊的晚期肺癌疾病患者,选取2019年1~8月我院住院治疗的50例处于晚期阶段的肺癌患者作为本次研究所选对象。根据随机数字表法分作相同例数两组。对照组患者采用抗癌护理的常规护理模式,试验组患者在此基础之上实施优质护理。对比两组晚期肺癌疾病患者的护理干预效果,即护理前后SAS、SDS评分情况及患者对于护理工作的满意度。结果经比较负性情绪得分,两组在护理前各项得分并没有差异,P>0.05;护理后的SAS及SDS评分下降,两组护理后的评分对比中,试验组患者显著好于对照组(P<0.005);经分析护理工作满意度,试验组患者总满意度明显比对照组更优,P<0.05。结论在晚期阶段肺癌患者的护理中,以优质护理进行干预具备较高应用价值,能够增加患者对于护理工作的满意度,同时在患者焦虑和抑郁症状的改善上也是具有显著优势。

Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing in advanced lung cancer nursing,and provide reference value for the nursing of malignant tumor diseases.Methods The researchers were all patients with advanced lung cancer diagnosed by pathological examination.Fifty patients with advanced stage lung cancer hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups with the same number of cases according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing mode of anti-cancer nursing,while patients in the experimental group were given high-quality nursing on this basis.The effects of nursing intervention on patients with advanced lung cancer were compared between the two groups,including SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing and patients'satisfaction with nursing work.Results There was no difference in the scores of negative emotions between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased.In the comparison of the scores after nursing,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.005).After analyzing the satisfaction of nursing work,the total satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with advanced stage lung cancer,intervention with high-quality nursing has high application value,which can not only increase patients'satisfaction with nursing work,but also have significant advantages in the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms of patients.
