SFRP-1在早期乳腺癌发病机制中的作用

摘要 分泌型卷曲相关蛋白-1(SFRP1)是一种重要的肿瘤抑制因子。乳腺癌发生时SFRP1在mRNA和蛋白水平上均表达下调,并与患者的生存率降低有关。SFRP1主要通过结合Wnt分子诱导Wnt信号通路功能下调,影响乳腺组织细胞的增殖、分化和可逆的泌乳后复旧等。SFRP1也可与雌激素相互诱导,增加乳腺成骨样细胞分化和微钙化积聚等病理过程。了解SFRP1调节乳腺细胞活性的病理生理机制,有助于乳腺癌的早期诊治。本文就SFRP-1在早期乳腺癌发病机制中的作用进行综述。 Secreted frizzle-associated protein-1(SFRP1)is an important tumor suppressor.SFRP1 is down-regulated at both mRNA and protein levels in breast cancer and is associated with reduced survival rate.SFRP1 mainly induces the down-regulation of Wnt signaling pathway by binding Wnt molecules,which affects the proliferation,differentiation and reversible post-lactation involution of breast tissue cells.SF RP1 can also interact with estrogen to increase the differentiati on of breast osteoblas t cells and the accumulation of microcalcification.Understanding the pathophysiological mechanism of SFRP1 regulating breast cell activity is helpful for the early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.This article reviews the role of SFRP-1 in the pathogenesis of early breast cancer.
