金骨莲胶囊临床应用的研究进展

金骨莲胶囊源于经典苗药组方,具有祛风除湿、消肿止痛和活血化瘀之功效,主治风湿痹阻所致的关节肿痛、屈伸不利等,被广泛应用于临床。大量的研究表明,金骨莲胶囊在类风湿关节炎(RA)、骨关节炎、急性软组织损伤等疾病的治疗中可发挥独特的疗效。本文综述了近年来金骨莲胶囊临床应用的现状,旨在为进一步拓展金骨莲胶囊的临床应用提供参考。

Jingulian Capsule originated from the classic Miao medicine prescription,which has the effects of dispelling wind and dehumidification,detumescence and analgesia,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and is widely used in clinical practice for treating joint swelling and pain,flexion and extension disadvantage caused by rheumatism and obstruction.A large number of studies have shown that Jingulian Capsule can play a unique effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),osteoarthritis,acute soft tissue injury and other dis eases.This article reviews the current s ituation of clinical application of J ingulian Capsule in recent years,in order to provide reference for further expanding the clinica l application of Jingulian Capsule.
