基于五运六气理论研究丹毒的可行性分析

Feasibility analysis of erysipelas based on the theory of five transport and six Qi

丹毒是临床上常见的一种急性感染性疾病。近年来,对丹毒发病规律的研究一直是临床工作中的重点。五运六气学说是在中医整体观念的指导下,以阴阳五行为基础,运用天干地支等符号作为演绎工具并推论气候变化规律对人体健康及疾病影响的一种学说。古书明确记载丹毒发病与六淫(也就是五运六气中的六气)有关。笔者通过阅读大量文献查找相关资料,现就丹毒、五运六气相关研究情况进行综合分析。

Erysipelas is a common acute infectious disease in clinic.In recent years,the study on the pathogenesis of erysipelas has been the focus of clinical work.Under the guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of five movements and six Qi is based on the five behaviors of Yin and Yang,and uses the symbols of heaven,stem and earth branches as deductive tools to infer the influence of climate change laws on human health and diseases.It is clearly recorded in ancient books that erysipelas is related to the six Qi(namely,the six Qi in the five transport and six Qi).Through reading a large number of literature to find relevant information,the author is now a comprehensive analysis of erys ipelas,five transport and six Qi related research.
