调Q开关1064nmND:YAG激光联合无针水光治疗对黄褐斑患者色素沉着和肤质的改善作用

Effect of Q-switched 1064 nm ND:YAG laser combined with needle-free water and light therapy on pigmentation and skin quality in patients with melasma

目的:分析黄褐斑患者应用调Q开关1064 nm ND:YAG激光联合无针水光治疗对其面部皮肤色素沉着与肤质的改善作用。方法:本研究将青岛西海岸第二中医医院2018年1月至2021年10月接诊的88例黄褐斑患者分为两组,其中对照组44例患者采用调Q开关1064 nm ND:YAG激光治疗,观察组44例患者在此基础上加用无针水光治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的皮损颜色评分、皮损面积评分、临床疗效及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗前,两组患者的皮损颜色评分、皮损面积评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后8周,观察组患者的皮损颜色评分、皮损面积评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄褐斑患者应用调Q开关1064 nm ND:YAG激光联合无针水光治疗可使其面部皮肤色素沉着及肤质得到显著改善,且治疗的安全性较高,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Q-switched 1064 nm ND:YAG laser combined with needle-free water and light treatment on facial skin pigmentation and skin quality in patients with melasma.Methods:In this study,88 patients with melasma admitted to Qingdao West Coast Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to October 2021 were divided into two groups,44 patients in the control group were treated with Q-switched 1064 nm ND:YAG laser,and 44 patients in the observation group were treated with needle-free water and light on this basis.The skin color score,skin area score,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in skin color score and skin area score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 8 weeks after treatment,the skin lesion color score and skin lesion area score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Q-switched 1064 nm ND:YAG laser combined with needle-free water and light therapy can significantly improve facial skin pigmentation and skin quality in patients with melasma,and the treatment is safe,which is worthy of clinical application.
