HPV亚型分布、病毒载量与宫颈癌临床分期及病理分化程度的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of HPV subtype distribution and viral load with clin ical stage and pathological differentiation of cervical cancer

目的:分析人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)亚型分布、病毒载量与宫颈癌临床分期及病理分化程度的相关性。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年7月泗洪医院收治的60例宫颈癌患者进行研究。对这些患者均进行HPV分型、病毒载量检测,分析不同HPV亚型、病毒载量与宫颈癌临床分期及病理分化程度的相关性。结果:60例患者HPV的阳性率为70.00%(42/60),其中HPV16型占71.43%。不同HPV亚型在宫颈癌病理分化程度中的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但在国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期中的分布差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同HPV病毒载量在宫颈癌病理分化程度、FIGO分期中的分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者感染的HPV以HPV16亚型为主。HPV亚型分布与宫颈癌的病理分化程度有关,与临床分期无关;HPV病毒载量与宫颈癌临床分期、病理分化程度均无明显相关性。本研究可为HPV疫苗的接种提供理论依据。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between the distribution and viral load of human papillomavirus(HPV)subtypes and the clinical stage and pathological differentiation of cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Sihong County People’s Hospital from January 2017 to July 2020 were selected for this study.HPV typing and viral load were performed in these patients,and the correlation between different HPV subtypes,viral load and clinical stage and pathological differentiation of cervical cancer was analyzed.Results:The positive rate of HPV in 60 patients was 70.00%(42/60),among which HPV16 type accounted for 71.43%.There was significant difference in the distribution of different HPV subtypes in the degree of pathological differentiation of cervical cancer(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the distribution of different HPV subtypes in the International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology(FIGO)stage(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of different HPV viral loads in the pathological differentiation degree and FIGO stage of cervical cancer(P>0.05).Conclusion:HPV16 subtype is the main HPV infection in cervical cancer patients.The distribution of HPV subtypes was related to the degree of pathological differentiation of cervical cancer,but not to the clinical stage.There was no significant correlation between HPV viral load and clinical stage and pathological differentiation of cervical cancer.This study can provide a theoretical basis for HPV vaccination.
