CT与MRI在诊断膝关节半月板损伤和膝关节软骨损伤中的应用价值

Application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus injury and c artilage injury of knee joint

目的:探讨CT与MRI在诊断膝关节半月板损伤和膝关节软骨损伤中的应用价值。方法:选取应城市人民医院2020年7月至2021年7月接诊的膝关节半月板损伤和膝关节软骨损伤患者180例,对其均进行CT与MRI联合检查。以综合检查为金标准,观察CT与MRI在诊断膝关节半月板损伤和膝关节软骨损伤中的应用价值。结果:CT与MRI联合检查对膝关节半月板损伤的检出率为97.78%(88/90),对膝关节软骨损伤的检出率为98.89%(89/90),对膝关节半月板、软骨损伤的总检出率为98.33%(177/180)。CT与MRI联合检查对膝关节半月板损伤、膝关节软骨损伤的检出率及对膝关节半月板、软骨损伤的总检出率与综合检查相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CT与MRI联合检查诊断膝关节半月板、膝关节软骨损伤的准确度、敏感度和特异度分别为98.33%、98.67%和96.67%。CT与MRI联合检查诊断膝关节半月板、膝关节软骨损伤的准确度、敏感度和特异度与综合检查相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT与MRI联合检查在诊断膝关节半月板损伤和膝关节软骨损伤中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of meniscus injury and cartilage injury of knee joint.Methods:A total of 180 patients with knee meniscus injury and knee cartilage injury admitted to Yingcheng People’s Hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected,and all of them underwent CT and MRI combined examination.To observe the application value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of knee meniscus injury and knee cartilage injury with comprehensive examination as the gold standard.Results:The detection rate of meniscus injury of knee joint was 97.78%(88/90),the detection rate of cartilage injury of knee joint was 98.89%(89/90),and the total detection rate of meniscus and cartilage injury was 98.33%(177/180).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of meniscus injury and cartilage injury of knee joint between CT and MRI combined examination and the total detection rate of meniscus and cartilage injury of knee joint with comprehensive examination(P>0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CT combined with MRI in the diagnosis of knee meniscus and knee cartilage injury were 98.33%,98.67%and 96.67%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CT and MRI combined examination in the diagnosis of knee meniscus and knee cartilage injury compared with comprehensive examination(P>0.05).Conclusion:CT combined with MRI is of high value in the diagno sis of meniscus injury and cartilage injury of knee joint.
