云南白药对促进LEEP刀手术后宫颈创面愈合的效果

Effect of Yunnan Baiyao on cervical wound healing after LEEP knife surgery

目的:探究云南白药对促进LEEP刀手术后宫颈创面愈合的效果。方法:选取2020年8月至2021年3月期间于英德市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心行LEEP刀手术的100例宫颈病变患者作为观察对象。依据手术顺序进行编号并按照单双号将所选对象随机分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。其中,对照组患者仅行常规的LEEP刀手术,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联用云南白药治疗。比较两组患者术后3周宫颈创面的愈合率、阴道流血持续的时间、阴道排液持续的时间、宫颈创面愈合的时间及术后并发症的发生率。结果:术后3周,观察组患者宫颈创面的总愈合率为97.14%,高于对照组患者的74.29%(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后阴道流血持续的时间、阴道排液持续的时间和宫颈创面愈合的时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症的发生率为4.00%,低于对照组患者的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:对宫颈病变患者进行LEEP刀手术后,为其应用云南白药能显著促进宫颈创面的愈合,降低其并发症的发生率,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yunnan Baiyao on cervical wound healing after LEEP knife surgery.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cervical lesions who underwent LEEP knife surgery in Yingde Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center from August 2020 to March 2021 were s elected as the observation objects.The selected subjects were numbered according to the operation sequence and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to odd and even numbers.Among them,patients in the control group only received conventional LEEP knife surgery,and patients in the observation group were treated with Yunnan Baiyao on the basis of the control group.The healing rate of cervical wounds,duration of vaginal bleeding,duration of vaginal discharge,duration of cervical wound healing and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups at 3 weeks after operation.Results:At 3 weeks after operation,the total healing rate of cervical wounds in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of postoperative vaginal bleeding,vaginal discharge and cervical wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 4.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yunnan Baiyao can significantly promote the healing of cervical wounds and reduce the incidence of complications in patients with cervical lesions after LEEP knif e surgery,which has clinical application and promotion value.
