增材制造对材料性能的影响

摘要 集中式空调机组零件多为铸造开模及机床加工后焊接成型,引进增材制造将降低其开模成本、提高成型效率和产品质量。本文通过力学试验分析微铸锻和粉末打印对材料性能的影响,试验结果表明:微铸锻及粉末打印能够在一定程度上提高材料抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率和抗冲击能力,经过热处理后,微铸锻材料韧性较处理前提高。 The parts of the central air-conditioning unit are mostly casting molded and welded after machine processing.The introduction of additive manufacturing will reduce the mold cost,improve the molding efficiency and product quality.The mechanical test is carried out to analyze the influence of micro-casting forging and powder printing on the properties of materials.The test results show that micro-casting forging and powder printing could improve the tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and impact resistance of materials to a certain extent.After heating treatment,the toughness of micro-casting forging materials is improved compared with that before treatment.
