IEC 60335-2-34:2021中变频压缩机过载测试分析

摘要 首先对IEC 60335-2-34:2021中的变频压缩机过载运行测试过程进行分析,然后对压缩机末态绕组温度无法直接测量的问题,提出使用回归曲线拟合法。最后通过实际测量案例和不确定度评定证明:使用铂电阻、秒表、直流电桥采用回归曲线拟合法测量变频压缩机末态绕组温度是可行的。研究结果对变频压缩机的过载测试具有参考意义。 Firstly,the overload operation test process of inverter driven compressor stated in IEC 60335-2-34:2021 is analyzed,and then the regression curve fitting method is proposed to solve the problem that the final winding temperature of compressor can not be directly measured.Finally,through actual measurement case and uncertainty evaluation,it is proved that it is feasible to use platinum resistance,stopwatch and DC bridge to measure the final winding temperature of inverter driven compressor by regression curve fitting method.The research result has reference significance for overload test of inverter driven compressor.
