风储联合系统接入电网电能质量评估分析 被引量:2

摘要 对某风储联合系统接入对地区电网电能质量的影响进行研究,将风机和储能变流器作为干扰源,利用电力系统分析综合程序ETAP对风储联合系统中的风电机组、箱式变压器、集电线路、静止无功发生器(Static Var Generator,SVG)、储能系统、升压站、送出线路以及所接电网等进行建模仿真,结合电能质量背景测试数据,依据国家标准给出了各项电能质量指标的限值和计算方法,对风储联合系统接入电网公共连接点的谐波电流、谐波电压、电压偏差、电压波动、闪变等电能质量指标进行评估和分析。结果表明,该风储联合系统的各项电能质量指标均在国标限值内。 This paper makes an in⁃depth study on the impact of the wind storage combined system connected to the power grid on the power quality of the power grid.Taking a wind storage combined system in the east Mongolia power grid as an example,the wind turbine and energy storage converter are taken as the interference sources,and the limits and calculation methods of various power quality indexes are given according to the national standards.The power system analysis and integration program ETAP is used to analyze the wind turbine,box type transformer SVG(Static Var Generator),energy storage system,booster station,transmission line and connected power grid are modeled and simulated.Meanwhile,considering the background test data of power quality,the harmonic voltage,harmonic current,voltage deviation,voltage fluctuation,flicker and other power quality indexes of the wind storage combined system connected to the power grid are evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the harmonic current injected into the public connection point of the wind storage combined system,the harmonic voltage,voltage deviation and voltage fluctuation and flicker at the public connection point are all within the limits of the national standard.
