摘要
在使用银量法直接滴定N-酰基氨基酸阴离子表面活性剂中氯化物时,N-酰基氨基酸盐的存在会造成滴定终点严重滞后,影响实验准确性。为了解决这一问题,对N-酰基氨基酸阴离子表面活性剂样品进行了前处理,排除了滴定干扰,并探索铬酸钾指示剂直接滴定法和硫酸铁铵指示剂返滴定法对于测定结果的准确性。结果表明,铬酸钾指示剂直接滴定法更适合N-酰基氨基酸阴离子表面活性剂中氯化物含量测定,可满足生产厂家对于氯化物含量进行监控的要求。
When titrating chlorides in N-acylamino acid anionic surfactants by argentometry,the presence of N-acylamino acid anionic surfactants has caused a serious lag in the end point of the titration and affect the accuracy of the experiment.To solve this problem,the samples were pretreated to eliminate the interference,and the accuracy of different titration methods was explored.The results show that the direct titration method using potassium chromate indicator is more suitable for determination of the chloride content in N-acylamino acid anionic surfactants,which can meet the requirements of manufacturers for chloride content monitoring.
