摘要
研究了氨基酸表面活性剂在机用洗碗剂产品中的应用。重点测试了氨基酸表面活性剂在碱性条件下的泡沫、去油率等性能,探讨天然来源的氨基酸表面活性剂替代石油来源的传统非离子表面活性剂应用于机用洗碗剂中的可行性,并研究了氨基酸表面活性剂应用于含酶、含过氧化物的机用洗碗剂的泡沫、去污等方面的应用性能,及其应用于自动洗碗机中清洗不同餐具时的去污效果,并做了对比评估。实验结果表明,在所测试的氨基酸表面活性剂中,谷氨酸类表面活性剂具有碱性条件下低泡、去油率高等性能,在应用于洗碗机清洗效果测试中也具有优秀的去污能力.
The application of amino acid surfactants in machine dishwashing agents was studied.The performance of amino acid surfactants in alkaline conditions,such as foaming and oil-removing rate,was mainly tested.The feasibility of natural amino acid surfactants for replacement of the petroleum-derived non-ionic surfactants in machine dishwashing agents was discussed.The application of amino acid surfactants in machine dishwashing agents containing enzymes or peroxides was also studied.The application performance of foaming and detergency was studied,and its cleaning effects when applied to washing different tableware in automatic dishwasher were compared and evaluated.The experimental results show that,among the amino acid surfactants investigated,glutamic acid surfactants have the properties of low-foam and high degreasing rate under alkaline conditions.They also have excellent detergency in the test of cleaning effects in a dishwasher.
