On the Mode of China’s Development Zones and the High-quality Development of Regional Economy--Taking the Analysis of Development and Evolution of a Few of National Development Zones as an Example

中国开发区是中国改革开放战略实施的第二梯队,有效促进了中国改革创新、对外开放、区域绩效提升,形成中国特有的开发区模式与区域经济发展重要抓手。新时代创新开发区模式,需要推动改革开放再突围,从内生机制、集聚发展、开放创新、营商环境、创新城区、引领发展等6方面推进区域经济高质量发展。

China’s development zones is the second echelon of the implementation of China’s reform and opening-up strategy,which effectively promotes China’s reform,innovation,opening-up,and regional perfor⁃mance improvement,forming China’s characteristic development zone mode and an important“handle”for re⁃gional economic development.Innovating the development zone mode in the new era needs to push the reform and opening-up to break through again,and promote the high-quality regional economic development from the six as⁃pects of endogenous mechanism,agglomeration development,opening-up and innovation,business environment,ur⁃ban area innovation,and leading development.
