胃肠道恶性肿瘤的免疫治疗现状

Current Status of Immunotherapy for Gastrointestinal Malignancies

胃肠道恶性肿瘤主要类型包括胃癌、结肠癌、直肠癌等,均具有高发病率和高死亡率。目前针对胃肠道恶性肿瘤的治疗策略包括手术、化疗、放疗和靶向治疗等。免疫治疗是一种新兴的治疗方法,已被纳入到了一些胃肠道恶性肿瘤的治疗方案中,具有一定疗效。伴随着对抗肿瘤免疫理解的扩展和免疫治疗临床经验的增加,免疫治疗方案日益发展和个性化。本文回顾了胃肠道恶性肿瘤的免疫治疗方法的最新进展。

The main types of gastrointestinal malignancies include gastric cancer,colon cancer,rectal cancer,etc,all of which have high incidence rates and high mortality rates.At present,the treatment strategies for gastrointestinal malignancies include surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and targeted therapy.Immunotherapy is a new treatment method,which has been incorporated into the treatment of some gastrointestinal malignancies and has a certain curative effect.With the expansion of the understanding of anti-tumor immunity and the increase of clinical experience of immunotherapy,immunotherapy schemes are increasingly developed and personalized.This paper reviews the latest progress of immunotherapy for gastrointestinal malignancies.
