摘要
母胎界面是母体与胎儿直接接触、进行信息交流的微环境。外泌体能够介导细胞间通讯交流,近年来对母胎界面外泌体的研究证实了其在妊娠过程和病理妊娠中的作用。本文综述了母胎界面外泌体的生理作用及其参与病理妊娠的研究进展。
The maternal-fetal interface is a microenvironment in which the mother is in direct contact with the fetus for information exchange.Exosomes mediate intercellular communication,and recent studies of exosomes at the maternal-fetal interface have confirmed their roles in pregnancy and pathological pregnancy.This article reviews the physiological role of exosomes at the maternal-fetal interface and the research advances in their implication in pathological pregnancy.
