摘要
以某型空压机气缸体为对象,建立包括气缸、气缸套的气缸体组件模型。基于ANSYS对气缸体进行热-机耦合分析,对比研究在热负荷、螺栓预紧力、气压综合作用下气缸体的温度、应力和疲劳分析,结果表明其安全系数满足要求,且热载荷对气缸体的应力、变形影响最大,同时气缸体和气缸套之间的装配间隙对气缸体应力应变有较大影响。
Taking an air compressor cylinder block assembly as research object, the model of cylinder block assembly body which consisted of block and cylinder liner is established.Based on ANSYS software, the thermal-mechanical coupling analysis of the cylinder block assembly was carried out.The temperature, stress and fatigue of the cylinder block assembly under the combined effects of thermal load, bolt preload and air pressure were compared.The results indicate that the safety factor meets neguirements and the thermal load has the greatest impact on the stress and deformation of the cylinder block assembly.At the same time, the assembly gap between the cylinder block and the cylinder liner also has a great influence on the stress and strain of the cylinder block.
