Oil-injected screw compressor is widely used in many fields such as mining, chemical industry, metallurgy, etc.due to its simple structure and high reliability.As the country pays more and more attention to green development, various compressor manufacturers have launched tow-stage screw compressors that are more energy-efficient than single-stage screw compressors in order to respond to the call of the country while enhancing the competitveness of their products.This paper will analyze the energy-saving principle and energy-saving effect of the two-stage screw compressor through experiment and calculation.
