拜登政府能源话语的国家意识研究——一项基于语料库的批评话语分析

A Corpus-based Critical Discourse Analysis of National Ideologies of Biden Administration Energy Discourse

近年来,能源已成为国内外舆论场持续关注的热点。能源话语承载意识形态、权势关系以及话语权争夺的竞争与较量,研究美国能源话语可以为进一步解读美国能源政策、应对美国能源话语霸权、维护国际能源合作的公平性提供理论参考。自建拜登政府能源话语小型语料库,采用批评话语分析和语料库相结合的方法,剖析拜登政府能源话语特征,揭示并阐释美国能源话语背后隐含的国家意识形态。拜登政府能源话语以清洁能源为核心,主要包括三个层面:能源发展目标、能源建设手段和能源主导思想。充分体现了美国政府操控民众认知、建构国家认同和构建霸权主义的国家意识。

In recent years,energy has become the focus of public opinion at home and abroad.Energy discourse carries the competition and contest of ideology,power relations and discourse power.The study of American energy discourse provides theoretical guidance for further interpreting American energy policy,coping with the hegemony of American energy discourse and maintaining fairness of international energy cooperation.A small-scale corpus of Biden administration energy discourse is self-built,and a critical discourse analysis of the characteristics of Biden administration energy discourse has been conducted to disclose and explain the national ideologies behind the discourse.Biden administration energy discourse is centered around clean energy,including three main levels:energy development goals;energy construction means and leading ideas on energy,revealing the U.S.government's national ideologies of manipulating public opinion,building national identity and constructing hegemonism.
