摘要
目的:探讨上肢康复机器人联合ADL训练在促进脑出血后上肢及手功能恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取茂名市人民医院2020年1月至2021年7月期间接诊的60例脑出血患者,将其随机分为机器人组和联合组,每组30例患者。为两组患者均应用上肢康复机器人进行治疗,在此基础上指导联合组患者进行ADL训练,然后比较两组患者的MBI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分和Brunnstrom分期。结果:(1)治疗前,两组患者的MBI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的MBI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均较治疗前显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患者的MBI评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于机器人组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,联合组患者中Brunnstrom分期为Ⅴ期、Ⅵ期患者的占比均高于机器人组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上肢康复机器人联合ADL训练在促进脑出血后上肢及手功能恢复中的应用效果较好。对脑出血患者进行上肢康复机器人联合ADL训练治疗可显著改善其上肢功能及手部精细功能,提高其生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with ADL training in promoting the recovery of upper limb and hand function after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Maoming People’s Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into robot group and combined group,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with the upper limb rehabilitation robot,and the combined group was guided to perform ADL training on this basis.Then the MBI score,Fugl-Meyer score and Brunnstrom stage were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MBI score and Fugl-Meyer score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the MBI score and Fugl-Meyer score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI score and Fugl-Meyer score of the combined group were higher than those of the robot group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the proportion of patients with Brunnstrom stageⅴandⅵin t he combined group was higher than that in the robot group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with ADL training is good in promoting the recovery of upper limb and hand function after intracerebral hemorrhage.Upper limb rehabilitation robot combined with ADL training can significantly improve the upper limb function and fine hand function of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,and improve their quality of life.
