不同千伏的X线胸片检查在尘肺病诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较高千伏X线胸片检查与低千伏X线胸片检查在尘肺病诊断中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2019年3月至2021年2月在石河子经济技术开发区医院体检的125例尘肺病患者的临床资料。对这些患者均进行高千伏X线胸片检查与低千伏X线胸片检查,比较这两种X线胸片检查的成片质量、相同距离的曝射量及诊断尘肺病的准确率。结果:与低千伏X线胸片检查相比,高千伏X线胸片检查的一级片出片率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在相同距离(1 m、2 m、3 m),低千伏X线胸片检查的曝射量低于高千伏X线胸片检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用低千伏X线胸片检查诊断尘肺病的准确率为64.80%,用高千伏X线胸片检查诊断尘肺病的准确率为83.20%,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断尘肺病时,与低千伏X线胸片检查相比,高千伏X线胸片检查的成片质量和诊断的准确率均更高,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective:To compare the application value of high kV chest X-ray and low kV chest X-ray in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.Methods:The clinical data of 125 pneumoconiosis patients treated in the Hospital of Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone from March 2019 to February 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.High kV chest radiography and low kV chest radiography were performed in these patients.The quality of the two kinds of chest radiography,the amount of exposure at the same distance and the accuracy of the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis were compared.Results:Compared with low kV chest radiography,high kV chest radiography had a higher rate of primary radiography(P<0.05).At the same distance(1 m,2 m,3 m),the exposure of low-kV chest X-ray was lower than that of high-kV chest X-ray,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of low kV chest X-ray in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis was 64.80%,and the accuracy rate of high kV chest X-ray in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis was 83.20%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis,compared with the low kV chest X-ray,the high kV chest X-ray has higher film quality and diagnostic accuracy,and has higher application value.
