尿液分析仪结合显微镜红细胞计数法在尿液潜血检验中的应用价值

Application value of urine analyzer combined with microscope red blood ce ll count in urine occult blood test

目的:探讨尿液分析仪结合显微镜红细胞计数法在尿液潜血检验中的应用价值。方法:从2020年3月至2021年3月在惠州市第六人民医院接受尿液潜血检验的患者中选取86例作为本次研究的对象。采集所有患者的尿液样本,均采用尿液分析仪、显微镜红细胞计数法及尿沉渣离心镜法对样本中的红细胞进行检测,对比单纯检测及联合检测的检验结果。结果:尿沉渣离心镜检结果呈阳性的患者有60例,呈阴性的患者有26例。尿液化学分析仪检测结果呈阳性的患者有42例,呈阴性的患者有44例。显微镜红细胞计数检测结果呈阳性的患者有49例,呈阴性的患者有37例。尿液化学分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数联合检测结果呈阳性的患者有58例,呈阴性的患者有28例。用尿液分析仪检测进行相关诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为60.00%、61.54%、65.12%,用显微镜红细胞计数检测进行相关诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为66.67%、65.38%、66.28%,用联合检测进行相关诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确率分别为91.67%、88.46%、90.70%。用联合检测进行相关诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确率均显著高于上述两种单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿液分析仪结合显微镜红细胞计数法在尿液潜血检验中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate the application value of urine analyzer combined with microscope red blood cell counting method in urine occult blood test.Methods:A total of 86 patients who underwent urine occult blood test in the Sixth People’s Hospital of Huizhou from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the objects of this study.Urine samples were collected from all patients,and red blood cells in the samples were detected by urinalysis analyzer,microscope red blood cell counting method and urine sediment centrifuge method,and the test results of simple detection and combined detection were compared.Results:60 cases were positive and 26 cases were negative by centrifugation microscopy.The urine chemical analyzer test results were positive in 42 patients and negative in 44.Microscopic red blood cell counts were positive in 49 patients and negative in 37.The combined results of urine chemistry analyzer and microscope red blood cell count were positive in 58 patients and negative in 28 patients.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of urinalysis were 60.00%,61.54%and 65.12%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of red blood cell count were 66.67%,65.38%and 66.28%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection were 91.67%,88.46%and 90.70%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined detection were significantly higher than those of the two separate tests,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of urine analyzer combined with microscope red blood cell count in urine occult b lood test is high.
