四子平喘汤治疗肺胀(痰浊壅肺证)的效果观察

Effect of Sizi Pingchuan Decoction on lung distension(phlegm turbidity o bstructing lung syndrome)

目的:观察用四子平喘汤治疗肺胀(痰浊壅肺证)的效果。方法:将2020年1月至12月在泰州市第四人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科住院的60例肺胀(痰浊壅肺证)患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各有患者30例。对照组患者接受西医常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组的基础上加服四子平喘汤,两组患者均持续治疗14 d。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗后中医证候的改善情况。结果:试验组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、喘息(主证)积分均低于治疗前,且试验组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、喘息积分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者的胸闷、脘腹痞满、纳呆(次证)积分均低于治疗前,P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者的胸闷、脘腹痞满、纳呆积分相比,P>0.05。结论:在对肺胀(痰浊壅肺证)患者进行西医常规治疗的基础上,为其加服四子平喘汤能显著提高其疗效,改善其咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等症状。

Objective:To observe the effect of Sizi Pingchuan Decoction on lung distension(phlegm-turbidium-obstructing lung syndrome).Methods:A total of 60 patients with lung distension(phlegm-turidity obstructing lung syndrome)who were hospitalized in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Taizhou Fourth People’s Hospital from January to December 2020 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and patients in the experimental group were given Sizi Pingchuan decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy and the improvement of TCM syndrome after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,expectoration and wheezing(main syndrome)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of cough,expectoration and wheezing in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the chest tightness,epigastric ruffia,and absorption(secondary syndrome)scores of patients in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,P<0.05.After treatment,the score of chest tightness,epigastric ruffia and nab of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment for patients with lung distension(phlegm-turbidium-obstructing lung syndrome),Sizi Pingchuan decoction can significantly improve its curative effect and improve the symptoms of cough,sputum production and wheezing.
