新工科背景下给排水专业人才培养体系探索--以辽宁工程技术大学给排水科学与工程专业为例

Exploration of the Talent Training System for Water Supply and Drainage Major under the Background of“Emerging Engineering Education”:Taking the Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering Major of Liaoning Technical University as an Example

针对给排水科学与工程专业人才培养模式存在的问题,以我国水行业发展对专业人才知识与技能需求为导向,以新工科应用创新型人才为培养目标,构建给排水科学与工程应用创新型专业人才培养体系。通过建立“四位一体”人才培养模式、强化理论教学与课程思政融合发展的教学质量与评价体系、深化OBE理念下创新创业实践教学体系、加强师资队伍和基层教学组织体系,培养学生获取知识能力、实践应用能力、创新能力以及家国情怀,为今后服务国家社会打下坚实基础。

In view of the existing problems in the training mode of the water supply and drainage science and engineering major,guided by the development of China’s water industry for the knowledge and skills of professionals in this discipline,and with the goal of training applied innovative talents of“emerging engineering education”,an innovative and applied talent training system for the water supply and drainage science and engineering professionals has been established.By establishing the“four-in-one”talent training model,strengthening the teaching quality and evaluation system with the integrated development of theoretical teaching and“curriculum ideological and political education”,deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching system under the OBE concept,and strengthening the teaching staff and the basic teaching organization system,we try to strengthen the cultivation of students’knowledge acquisition ability,practical application ability,innovation ability,and patriotism,so as to lay a solid foundation for serving the country and society in the future.
