摘要
在工业4.0智能制造的环境下,高等院校如何培养德才兼备的社会主义建设者和接班人是首要思考的问题。从知识传授、能力培养与价值塑造角度,以机械工程专业核心课程“机电传动控制”为例,提出“知—记—用—创”的系统化学习模式,夯实学生理论知识基础,深入挖掘课程所蕴含的哲学思维、科学方法与数学思想,以及价值取向与塑造的育人元素,强化学生作为制造人在未来智能制造领域的专业使命和责任担当,为国家培养高素质专业型人才贡献力量。
In the environment of industrial 4.0 intelligent manufacturing,how to cultivate the builders and successors of socialism with both political integrity and professional ability has become a problem worth thinking about and paying attention to.From the perspective of knowledge imparting,ability training and value shaping,taking the core course of Mechanical and Electrical Transmission Control of mechanical engineering major as an example,this paper puts forward the systematic learning mode of“knowing-memorizing-using-creating”,to consolidate students’theoretical knowledge foundation,deeply explore the philosophical thinking,scientific methods and mathematical thoughts contained in the course,as well as the the education elements of value orientation and shaping,strengthen the professional mission and responsibility of the students who will be the manufacturers in the field of intelligent manufacturing,and to contribute to the cultivation of high-quality professional talents.
