高校教师职业道德修养与培育人才研究

Study on College Teachers’Professional Ethics and Talent Cultivation

我国高等教育的实施者是高校教师,承载着为党和国家培育人才的重要使命。由于教师职业的特殊性,教师的思想、文化、观念、道德、品质等都会对学生起着重要的示范作用。然而,目前高校教师队伍在教育教学、科学研究等方面仍存在一定的职业道德修养问题,这将不利于高等学校为国家培养和输送合格人才。通过提升个人道德观念和修养、加强教师职业道德培训、健全人才评价体系、建立职业道德规范评价标准等措施,提高高校教师职业道德修养,促进高等教育高质量发展。

College teachers shoulder the task of higher education in our country and bear the important mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the country.Due to the particularity of the teaching profession,the thoughts,cultural literacy,concepts,morality and quality of teachers can all serve as models for students.However,there are still some professional ethics problems in the teaching and scientific research of college teachers,which is not conductive to training qualified talents for the country.Therefore,it is essential to take some measures,such as improving the personal moral concept and cultivation,strengthening the professional ethics training of teachers,improving the talent evaluation system,and establishing the evaluation criteria of professional ethics and so on,to improve the professional ethics of college teachers and promote the high-quality development of higher education.
