摘要
血液系统疾病专科性强,专科检查繁杂,在血液科轮科的学生普遍反映难以在短时间内掌握相关知识,导致学生学习血液系统疾病的积极性不高。血液科住院患者大多数为急重症,治疗费用高,需要和患者及家属保持有效沟通,才能保证医疗行为的顺利进行,这就对学生的医患沟通能力有更高的要求。情景教学能够提高医学生的学习积极性,提升其医患沟通能力。通过探讨医患沟通情景剧在血液科临床教学中的应用方式,旨在用合适的教学模式让学生在轮转期间尽可能多地掌握血液科的专科知识。
The professionalism of hematology diseases is strong and the professional examination is complicated.Students in the Hematology Department often complain that it is difficult to for them to master the related knowledge in a short period of time,which resulting in students’low interest in learning hematology diseases.Most of the inpatients in Hematology Department are acute and severe,and the treatment cost is high.Therefore,effective communication with patients and their families is required to ensure the smooth progress of medical treatment,which requires higher doctor-patient communication ability of students.Situational teaching can improve medical students’learning enthusiasm and doctor-patient communication ability.This paper discusses the application of doctor-patient communication sitcoms in the clinical teaching of hematology,hoping to enable students to master hematology knowledge as much as possible by using appropriate teaching mode.
