摘要
新教员作为军校教员队伍的新生力量,教学能力培养必须从早从严抓起。在研究教员成长规律的基础上,根据军校新教员的特点,结合长期培养的目标性和阶段培养的针对性,对新教员5年时间的培养路线进行了“培塑期、稳固期、提升期”的三阶段设计,明确了每一阶段的培养任务,分析了新教员每一阶段的成长特点。并结合笔者的工作经验,从大学、学院、教研室三级管理和师德师风、专业水平、教学基本功三个能力基本点出发,总结提出了“三级联动、纵向贯通、三点培养、持续用力”的新教员教学能力培养模式。
New teachers are the new force and hope for the future of military academies,and their teaching ability must be cultivated early and strictly.Firstly,the growth law of teachers is studied.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the new teachers in military universities,combined with the objectives of long-term training and the pertinence of stage training,this paper designs the three stages of the five-year training period,including the foundation training period,the stable development period and the promotion period.The training task of each stage is defined,and the growth characteristics of the new teachers in each stage are analyzed.Finally,combined with the authors’work experience,starting from the three-level management of the university,the college and the teaching and research section,and the three aspects of the basic abilities of teachers including the teachers’ethics,the professional level and the basic teaching skills,it summarizes and puts forward the teaching ability training mode of“three-level linkage,vertical connection,three-point training,and continuous working”.
