摘要
“遗传学”是生物科学中一门基础理论科学,传统教学中存在诸多问题,如重理论教学,轻实践教学;重知识传授轻能力培养和情感思想政治理论教育;在考核评价体系上,重结果评价,忽视过程评价;不接地气,学情分析不准,教学成了教师表演的舞台。通过遗传学教学创新改革,使学生不仅仅是遗传学知识的接受者,更是科学研究发现者。同时,通过接地气的案例,培养其热爱西藏,献身西藏农业科学研究事业的情怀;通过分组教学,整体打分,个别评价,增强了团队合作意识。
Genetics is a basic theoretical science in biological sciences.There are many problems in the traditional teaching.For example,the traditional teaching pays more attention to theoretical teaching but ignores practice teaching;the traditional teaching emphasizes knowledge teaching but ignores ability training and ideological and political education;in the evaluation system,the traditional teaching emphasizes summative evaluation but pays little attention on formative evaluation;the teaching is far from the situation of“down to earth”,the analysis of students’situation is not accurate,and the classroom teaching has become the stage for teachers’performance.After the innovation teaching reform of Genetics course,students are not only the recipients of genetic knowledge,but also the scientific researchers.At the same time,through the“down-to-earth”cases,we can cultivate students who love Tibet and are dedicated to Tibet’s agricultural scientific research.In the student evaluation link,increase the process evaluation,group team evaluation,and make the evaluation system more scientific.Team cooperation ability has been effectively strengthened.Through group teaching,overall scoring and individual evaluation,the students’team cooperation awareness has been enhanced.
