“植物分子育种”课程案例教学改革与实践

摘要 “植物分子育种”课程是面向甘肃农业大学生物学、作物学等学科硕士研究生开设的一门专业选修课,具有内容抽象性、复杂性、专业性强等特点,采用传统的灌输式课堂教学难以激发研究生的学习兴趣和创新思维。以“植物分子育种”课程教学存在的问题为导向,对课程所涉及的转基因育种、基因编辑技术、分子标记辅助选择育种和分子设计育种等核心内容进行了案例库建设,进一步明确了各案例的知识目标、能力目标和素质目标,通过实践案例教学法,显著提升了研究生对课程知识理解和专业创新思维。 Plant Molecular Breeding is a professional elective course for postgraduates of biology, crop science and other disciplines of Gansu Agricultural University. The course has the characteristics of abstract content,complexity and strong professionalism. It is difficult to stimulate postgraduates’ learning interest and innovative thinking with traditional indoctrination classroom teaching. Guided by the problems existing in the teaching of Plant Molecular Breeding, the case library is constructed, which includes the core contents of the course, such as transgenic breeding, gene editing technology, molecular marker-assisted selection breeding and molecular design breeding, and the knowledge objectives, ability objectives and quality objectives of each case are clarified further.By practicing the case teaching method, the postgraduates’ knowledge understanding and professional innovative thinking have been significantly improved.
